The Community Photobooth is a nationally recognized collective of youth photographers on a mission to offer affordable professional photoshoots all while raising funds and awareness for community needs around the world. Every Photobooth is run by a High School photographer and allocates 50% of the profits raised towards the selected fundraising focus for the month—ranging from purchasing wildfire prevention tools for county parks to helping launch a new High School mental health program. We host an annual one-month Photoshoot-Fundraiser every summer where all photographers work pro-bono, donating 100% of their profits. You can join us in our mission of using photography for philanthropy by booking a photoshoot today.
Raised for the community
For our December fundraiser, The Community Photobooth has selected
Julia Kochetova, 29, Ukrainian photojournalist and documentary filmmaker, reporting from Ukraine now.
Please join us in helping Julia raise funds for her war photo diary, War is Personal, which she hopes to publish in 2023 to tell the unspoken stories of victims, defenders, and soldiers in Ukraine and inform the world of the truth of war. You can support Julia by booking a photoshoot today. We will be donating 50% of the profits we raise from every photoshoot this month towards her cause. Or, we hope you will make a direct donation to help Julia HERE.
